Air Control Panels |
Air Control Panels are the operating center of any well designed breathing air system. Whether manually or automatically operated, control panels direct air flow from the compressor and/or storage system to SCBA/SCUBA cylinders being filled, back to air storage after filling is completed and other fill or auxiliary outlets as needed by the user. |
Storage systems increase the overall efficiency of a compressed breathing air system. A properly sized storage system allows peak demands to be met quickly. Stored air can also be used to carry on operations in the event of compressor failure, loss of power to run a compressor, or in areas where compressors are not available. Air storage systems can be configured to meet customer air and space requirements in compliance with all ASME and SOT specifications. All systems are plumbed using seamless, stainless stele tubing and compression type fittings for maximum safety and reliability. Every system is tested at maximum pressure prior to shipping, |

Mobile Containment Fill Stations |
All EagleAir mobile fill stations feature the most advanced operator safety and user-friendly technology available today and meet or exceed all current NFPA 1901 specifications. Our mobile fill stations feature dual-wall, world class cabinet construction and include operator friendly access doors designed for maximum safety and to minimize operator fatigue even during extended filling periods. All fill stations are available as a cabinet only configuration that can tie into separate and/or existing control panels or with integral airflow control panels that feature our unique “slide-out & tilt-down” design that allows complete access to all plumbing and panel components from the front. Control panel configurations include low controls, regulated pressure and cascading controls and many other user-specific functions. |
SIDEWINDERX2 Two-position fill station designed for filling SCBA cylinders only. This space-saving configuration includes our “slide & pull” access door design for maximum operator comfort. These units are available with up to 6-bank integral cascade control panels. Dimensions: 25”H x 33”W x 23” D Weight: 650 lbs (without control panel) |
MOBILE SAFESTATIONX2 Two-position design allows filling two (2)SCBA/SCUBA cylinders simultaneously or separately. It includes our unique AIRLOCK access door design that offers complete stress-free operation, even during extended periods of filling. This model is available with up to 4-bank integral cascade control panels. Dimensions: 40”H x 25.375”W x 24” D Weight: 700 lbs (without control panel) |
MOBILE SAFESTATIONX3 Three-position design allows filling three (3)SCBA/SCUBA cylinders simultaneously or separately. It includes our unique AIRLOCK access door design that offers complete stress-free operation, even during extended periods of filling. This model is available with up to 6-bank integral cascade control panels. Dimensions: 40”H x 30.125”W x 24” D Weight: 900 lbs (without control panel) |
